Tai Chi and Self Defence
The practices that are known as Tai chi (or Taiji) evolved in China as a form of internal martial art. In the west today they may be practised either as a martial art, or as a way of maintaining physical coordination & flexibility as well as internal health. Both approaches have significant and well-researched health benefits even at an introductory level.

You will learn traditional Tai Chi forms and moving meditation (breathing techniques combine with forms), as well as how to put those forms into practical self defence techniques. In addition, you also learn history and philosophy of chinese martial arts and learn to speak a wee bit of mandarin.

Combat Bando and Self Defence
The art emphasizes initial withdrawal followed by an attack outside the opponent's reach. All parts of the body are employed in these attacks, and once the initial technique is delivered, grappling and locking techniques are used.
Combat Bando is the system utilized by the most feared warriors in the world- the Gurkha soldiers. This system of combatics has been proven through time and history to be extremely effective in the battlefield and in jungle warfare.
Learn practical self defence, how to release from choking, grappling, street fights, knife defence techniques, but delivers it in a manner to improve cardiovascular and muscular conditioning as well as developing mental awareness, self-esteem, discipline and confidence.

Combat Bando self defence techniques are based on individual flexibility with 3Es' in mind (Easy, Efficient, Effective), thus everyone can defence from attacks. More info see below links...
